Ulf Ludwig will resign from the Board of Management

Offenburg, June 21, 2019 - Ulf Ludwig, Member of the Management Board of MEDICLIN AG, asked the Supervisory Board to terminate his contract for personal reasons premature-ly. Ulf Ludwig is a Member of the Management Board since July 2016. „We regret that Mr. Ludwig is leaving and we thank him for his successful work, which in particular shows up in the sustainable positive development of our post-acute clinics.

The Supervisory Board wishes him all the best for the future in his personal and professional life”, said Dr. Ulrich Wandschneider, Chairman of the Supervisory Board.

Ulf Ludwig will leave the Management Board on August 31, 2019. The Su-pervisory Board will soon present an appropriate solution.
