Sale of own shares successful concluded
The sale of all own shares started at November 16, 2005 by a decision of the Board of Management and based on the authorisation of the General Annual Meeting of May 27, 2004 was successful concluded.
A total of 1,550,000 own shares were sold considering market conditions in cooperation with Lang & Schwarz Wertpapierhandel AG, Düsseldorf.
