16 November 2005 - The Board of Management decided based on the current status of the pending suits regarding asserted claims in context of the takeover of the Hurrle Group in 1998 to start settlement negotiations. The company at all times has set up adequate provisions in its balance sheets. MediClin anticipates that settlement will be achieved.
Also decided was that all 1,550,000 own shares which were kept at the company unchanged since 2003 will be sold via the stock exchange with immediate effect considering market condition. The Board of Management makes use of the authorisation of the General Annual Meeting of May 27, 2005.
