The Management of Asklepios informed us, that they bought 10.6% of the MediClin share capital and that they intent to collaborate with MediClin. The MediClin-Model of Integrated Medical Care across medical sector borders gains more and more acceptance in the health care industry, not only with cost providers also with other clinic operators. MediClin is convinced that integrated care as market- and patient-driven medical service offering will be one of the key issues of the future health care service concepts.
