Offenburg, May 17, 2013 – Frank Abele, CEO of MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft (MediClin), will leave the Company at the end of the year 2013 by his own request. After nearly fifteen years, first as CFO and then as CEO of MediClin, he will devote himself to new entrepreneurial tasks. The decision of Mr. Abele is regretted by the Supervisory Board but he accepted the wish of Mr. Abele not to extend his Management Board contract.
The Supervisory Board thanks Mr. Abele for his many years of successful work and will decide about a new appointment to the Management Board in due course.
