Ad hoc-Release according §15 WpHG: MediClin: The demand for medical services of the fourth quarter 2014 was significantly above the demand of the respective quarters of the previous years

Offenburg, 6 February 2015 – For the fourth quarter of 2014 MEDICLIN Aktiengesellschaft (MediClin) reports Group sales of EUR 135.2 mill., which are EUR 10.0 mill higher than the respective previous year’s quarter.

Therefore Group sales for the financial year 2014 are expected to amount to EUR 538.0 mill. This will be about EUR 23.0 mill or 4.5 % above previous year’s value. Group operating result is expected to amount to EUR 15.5 mill.

The post-acute segment had a large share in the sales and earnings improvement of the financial year 2014 against previous year, whereby the development of the fourth quarter 2014, which usually accounts for a seasonal decrease in occupancy, has significantly further improved the sales and earnings situation.
