There is a mailbox in the entrance hall on the right hand side next to Reception. Stamps are sold at reception. Alternatively, please ask our nursing staff who will be happy to forward your mail.

Telephone and Television

On admission, you will have the possibility of obtaining a multimedia card (deposit: 5.00 Euros) which will allow you to operate the television set and/or the telephone in your room.

Fees for telephone calls and watching TV:
Telephone: basic charge/day: 2.00 Euros, charge/call unit: 0.10 Euros
TV: basic charge/day: 2.00 Euros

Please note that we cannot allow mobile phones to be used within the MediClin Heart Center Lahr/Baden.

Cafeteria

Our cafeteria on the ground floor of the MediClin Heart Center Lahr/Baden offers a wide variety of foods for breakfast and lunchtime and invites you to stay.

Hairdresser / Pedicure

At your request, our hairdresser and/or pedicurist will be pleased to visit you on our premises. If necessary, please ask a member of your ward’s nursing staff.

Private accommodation for your relatives

Should your relatives require accommodation during your stay in our hospital, please ask Reception (Telephone +49 (0)7821 925 0). We shall be pleased to find a hotel room or private accommodation in Lahr for your visitor.
