On March 24, 2011, Asklepios Kliniken Gesellschaft mit beschränkter Haftung (Asklepios), Hamburg, Germany, submitted a Tender Offer to the shareholders of MEDICLIN Aktien¬gesellschaft (MEDICLIN). Asklepios has published the offer document on its website where it is available for inspection.
