The Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG), which came into force on 1 July 2005, requires that all publicly listed stock corporations provide to the general public at least once a year a document containing or referring to all information published or otherwise made available to the general public which relate to capital market requirements in the previous twelve months. If a document is only published via internet or announcement a printed version can be requested at the company.
