Induction week for new physicians
In order to deliver the ideal preparation for everyday work in the clinic and a smooth entry into the different facilities, we provide newly employed physicians with the required expertise in the form of a uniform and structured induction concept – the “MediClin induction week for new physicians”. This centrally organised event is aimed at all newly employed physicians at MediClin – although particularly assistant physicians – and deals with practical themes in everyday work in the clinics, such as basic IT, physician-patient communication, rehabilitation therapies, DRG/coding and therapy methods. Furthermore, the induction week – for which the State Chamber of Physicians awards 40 training points for participation – enables participants to network with other physicians employed in the MediClin Group.
Foreign physicians
In order to make it easier for foreign physicians to integrate into the Group, MediClin offers them the opportunity to complete hospital rotations, while at the same time assuming all travel costs and providing them with board and accommodation. As a result, those physicians interested in working for MediClin can get to know the clinics, their colleagues, patients and also the local region at an early stage. In addition, there is an “integration representative” available in every MediClin facility who provides support when searching for accommodation, finding language courses and dealing with authorities.
